Foreigners visiting Nepal can get entry visa upon arrival at
the Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu but
nationals from the countries listed below are requested to
apply visa in advance from the Nepalese Missions.

(Note: The Embassy will forward the necessary
document along with visa application form to the
Immigration Department of The Government of Nepal for the
prior-approval. Once the approval is received, visa will be issued to
the concerned. It may require 6 to 7 weeks
time for complete visa processing.)
Moreover all the
visitors are requested to get visa in advance to make their
travel safe and secure.

sponsor/company or Bank statement (for private visit) and

While
sending your passport for Nepalese Visa from various places
of Saudi Arabia:
A total of 130.00
or 170.00 or 410.00 (depending on the visa category) Saudi Riyals that
includes visa fee of 100.00 or 160.00 or 400.00 (depending on visa
category) Riyals and postal charge of 10.00 Riyals should be
deposited in the Nepalese Embassy's A/C No. 7018339 at the
Saudi American Bank or A/C No. 7557 at the National
Commercial Bank.The true copy of the deposit slip issued by the concerned
Bank should also be submitted with the application form.
If depositing the
cash as mentioned above is not possible, a bank draft of
Saudi Riyals 110.00 or 170.00 or 410.00 (depending on visa category)
that includes visa fee of 100.00 or 160.00 or 400.00 (depending on
visa category) Riyals, postal charge of 10.00 Riyals and
bank commission of 10.00 Riyals, should be sent to the
Embassy. The drawn on bank should be any of the following
banks; Saudi American Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi Hollandi
Bank or National Commercial Bank while the beneficiary's
name should be the Embassy of Nepal, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
While sending your
passport for Nepalese Visa from other Gulf countries:
A bank draft of Saudi Riyals
130.00 or 190.00 or 430 (depending on the visa category) that
includes visa fee of 100.00 or 160.00 or 400.00 (depending on visa
category) Riyals, postal charge of 20.00 Riyals and bank
commission of 10.00 Riyals, should be sent to the Embassy.
The drawn on bank should be any of the following banks;
Saudi American Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi Hollandi Bank or
National Commercial Bank while the beneficiary's name should
be the Embassy of Nepal, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
While sending money
through Telegraphic Transfer (TT):
The original receipt issued by
the Bank showing the transfer, through TT, to the Embassy's
A/C No 7018339 at the Saudi American Bank or A/C No. 7557 at
the National Commercial Bank, of totaling the amount of
145.00 or 205.00 or 445.00 (depending on the visa category) Saudi
Riyals that includes visa fee of 100.00 or 160.00 or 400.00 (depending
on visa category) Riyals, postal charge of 15.00 Riyals and
bank commission of 30.00 Riyals, should be sent along-with
the application form. The process of affixing of visa will
be initiated only after ensuring that such money is
deposited in the Embassy's bank account.
One who wishes to receive
the visa affixed passport by Express Couriers should pay in
advance to the Courier Services for the return service and
should inform the Embassy as well.
While sending the passport
for Nepalese Visa through post or courier services, address
and contact numbers, including P. O. Box and City Code, of
the receivers should be written clearly.
