  1. Sending Human Remains To Nepal.
    • Inform to the Embassy of Nepal (by letter) about the death and about the family in Nepal.

    • Receive Police Report (copy)

    • Receive Death Certificate & Medical Report from the hospital (copy)

    • Inform Governor's Office.

    • Obtain Exit Visa from Immigration.

    • Settle the Legitimate Dues with the Labour office.

    • Inform General Social Insurance. (GOSI)

    • Submit the Official English translation of Death Certificate, Medical Report and Police Report to the Embassy for attestation.

    • Receive No-Objection Certificate upon receipt of the above mentioned documents.

    • Submit all documents to the air-cargo with family address in Nepal.

    • Inform the family to contact Airlines' office (carrier) in Nepal to give their  acceptance for receiving the body upon arrival.

    • All belongings should be sent with the body.

    • Arrange to send draft in the name of (H.E. Ambassador of Nepal, Riyadh, KSA in order to send dues to the legal heirs of the deceased in Nepal.

  2. Recruiting Manpower From Nepal

    • All the interested foreign employers have to recruit through the licensed agencies registered under the Department of Labour and Employment Promotion, The Government of Nepal. These agents make direct contact and negotiate with the overseas employers for procuring manpower requirements. On receipt of any authenticated vacancy demand from the overseas employer, the licensed agent gets the relevant documents attested by the concerned Embassy of Nepal and then applies to the Director General of Labour and Employment Promotion Department for the recruitment permission. The Labour Department is the principal Government authority which supervises and monitors the recruitment process of the recruitment agencies and provides permission to export the manpower. The licensed agents should apply in the Department with the following documents for the recruitment permission. 
             - A copy of Power of Attorney issued by the foreign employer in
                favour of the recruiting agent to act on his behalf.
             - A copy of Demand Letter from the employer containing details of
               the vacancies

             - A copy of the employment contract or service agreement

    • Authentication of the documents:
      The above mentioned documents "Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Agreement between the two agencies concerned and Service Contract" should be authenticated from the Labour Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the concerned country.  The Embassy of Nepal authenticates the documents on the presentation of approval of the labour authorities in the relevant country, attestation by the Chamber of Commerce or any competent authority and if necessary, after the visit of the employer's office and labour camp, if it deems to do so. If the Demand Letter is placed through the local recruitment agent, The Embassy of Nepal may ask the agents to produce the service agreement between the employer and the recruitment agents.
       

  3. Translation of Marriage Certificate

    • A copy of Marriage certificate which is translated by  Legal Book Management Committee, Babarmahal, Kathmandu and attested by Foreign Ministry of Nepal, Sital Niwas Kathmandu.

    • A Copy of passport (Both; Husband and wife).

    • A Bank draft of Saudi Riyals 75 that includes fee of 50 Riyals, Bank commission of 10 Riyals and postal charge of 15 Riyals.
       

  4. To add dependent child in parent's passport.

    • Two Passport size photographs of Child.

    • A copy of Birth certificate of child.

    • Original passport of Mother/Father and a copy of Father/Mother passport. (Note: Original passport required on whose passport the child name should be added.)

    • A Bank draft of Saudi Riyals 75 that includes fee of 50 Riyals, Bank commission of 10 Riyals and postal charge of 15 Riyals.
       

  5. Translation of Nepali Driving Licence.

    • Original licence,

    • A copy of Insurance either of Driver or of the Vehicle.

    • A reference letter from sponsor.

    • A Bank draft of Saudi Riyals 75 that includes fee of 50 Riyals, Bank commission of 10 Riyals and postal charge of 15 Riyals.

  6. Amendment in the Passport  such as ; Date of birth, change the Profession, next of kin etc.

    • Application,

    • Any supporting documents that prove the amendment is necessary,

    • Original passport, and

    • A Bank draft of Saudi Riyals 45 that includes fee of 20 Riyals, Bank commission of 10 Riyals and postal charge of 15 Riyals.
